Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Summary: Once you have placed an order, you may no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have a problem with the shipment of your order, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to contact the carrier directly.

Once you have confirmed your order, you may not be able to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, such as your shipping address, etc., please check whether this option is available in your account. We are not obligated to make such changes to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

The risk of loss, damage and title to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It will be your responsibility (if any) to file any claim with the carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates the Product was delivered. In such event, Team No Pretenders will not issue any refund or reship the Product.

If carrier tracking indicates a Product was lost in transit, you may file a written claim for replacement (or credit to the account you registered with our online store) of the lost Product in accordance with Team No Pretenders' Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation and at the sole discretion of Team No Pretenders. Team No Pretenders cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be at our expense.

If you or your customers notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default to the supplier's facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to a charity after 15 days by our supplier. If the supplier's facility is not used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipment you receive.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that are unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if applicable).

 

If you have not registered an account on teamnopretenders.com and have not added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed shipment will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to a charity by our supplier (without us issuing a refund).

Our suppliers do not accept returns of sealed products, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned order with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be discarded.

Returns of products such as face masks and size exchanges will be offered at discretion and may incur an additional charge. If you regret a purchase you must contact us and express your willingness to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receiving it, providing a photo of the item. We will check if the product was used or destroyed, even if it was partially used. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

 

Notification for EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16, letters c) and e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be granted:

​

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Team no Pretenders reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
